Outlet Manager

Job description

Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or their delegate, and within the employer policies and procedures, manage daily operations of the assigned food and beverage outlet to ensure exceptional guest experiences, achieve financial and operational goals, lead the team, and maintain the highest service and brand standards. Promote the work culture based on the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team, and Service. Manage daily outlet operations; lead, coach, and support the team to deliver exceptional service; monitor service quality, cleanliness, and hotel standard compliance; manage staffing, scheduling, stock levels, and operating costs; handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly; coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations; prepare operational reports and support budgeting and revenue objectives; perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
