F&B Attendant

Job description

Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing all tasks required to service food and beverage according to the hotel's performance manual. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the outlet's menu to advise guests. Maintain good customer relations and address complaints and queries satisfactorily. Ensure the outlet is set up for service and supervise smooth operations. Direct and supervise the service team to meet standards. Ensure all employees receive adequate training. Organize, plan, and control supplies and keep accurate beverage stock records to ensure availability. Minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage. Actively use up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel
• a business‑related degree or equivalent
• experience in effective learning and development methods
• ability to work in a fast‑paced and diverse environment
• strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
• additional language is an advantage
• strong organizational skills
• result‑oriented and self‑motivated with a positive attitude
