Operations Manager

Job description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to implement operational policies and strategies. The tasks include developing and implementing operational policies and strategies, managing and improving supply chains and daily operations to increase efficiency, monitoring financial and operational performance and ensuring cost reduction, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Saudi labor system and related regulations
• familiarity with government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Muqeem and others
• good skills in dealing with employee files, vacations, attendance and departure
• ability to start immediately
• previous experience in the same field is preferred
