Job description

An employment agency in the city of Riyadh announces the availability of a job vacancy designated for national cadres with the title of Control Room Operator. Job title: Control Room Operator Work system: variable shifts 24/7 (including weekends and holidays) Tasks and responsibilities: All parking areas are monitored via surveillance cameras (CCTV) to ensure security and safety. Immediate coordination with field teams via walkie-talkies and assisting customers via the intercom system. Quickly deal with emergency situations and prepare accident reports and field reports. Delivering and receiving shift equipment and reports with the shift supervisor/manager

Requirements

• Educational qualification: High school diploma as a minimum (preferably a diploma in security and safety, information technology, or any related specialty).
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in control rooms, CCTV, security operations, or call centers and customer service.
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in using computers (MS Office), tablets, and wireless communication devices.
