Operations Manager

Job description

Supervises the daily operations of several café branches and ensures adherence to quality, hygiene and food safety standards. Tracks sales and performance indicators (KPIs) and leads work teams to enhance operational performance. Profession overview: The operations manager in the Saudi labor market is primarily responsible for directing and supervising the daily operations of companies to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and productivity. He develops operational policies and strategies, manages supply chains, and improves operations in line with the facility’s goals and Saudi Vision 2030. He also monitors financial and operational performance to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and reduce operational costs. Typical tasks for this profession: • Develop and implement operational policies and strategies for the facility • Manage and improve supply chains and daily operations to increase efficiency • Monitor financial and operational performance and ensure cost reduction • Ensure operations comply with approved local regulations and laws

Requirements

• Saudi nationality and resident of Mecca
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proven experience in managing café or restaurant operations and managing multiple branches
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to track sales and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Excellent knowledge of quality, hygiene and food safety standards
