CME Operational Performance Director

Job description

The Performance Manager drives business profitability across the CME region by deploying strategic process improvement initiatives and digital transformation programs. Leads a team of Area Performance Directors and support staff to modernize operations, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of operational excellence that enhances client experience and the employer efficiency. Sets annual profitability targets for CME countries and implements improvement projects to meet group goals. Oversees digital transformation and field operations modernization in partnership with the DxT team. Executes process improvement programs across regions, reviews processes using Lean methods, and adopts solutions such as shared services to increase production capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
• experience in testing, inspection, or certification activities is a plus
• practical experience with Lean, 5S, standardized work, problem solving, VSM, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri with sustainable financial and behavioral results
• project management certificate or experience
• advanced Office 365 skills
• 10+ years professional experience, preferably in testing, inspection, or certification
• presentation and communication skills
• interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships
• ability to motivate, mentor and engage teams
• negotiating and influencing skills to avoid internal tensions
• strong leadership, team building, coaching and development skills
• English mandatory
• Arabic, Russian, French or Portuguese a plus
