Align shared‑services resources to meet profit targets and act as proxy for the Regional GM, owning revenue delivery across software, cloud, and SSRS segments. Exceed Annual Operating Income and Customer Satisfaction goals. Build scalable go‑to‑market assets and tools for deal road‑mapping and business planning. Deploy an enablement acceleration model in fast‑growth markets and enforce shared processes for budgeting, expense management, and margin monitoring. Synthesize market signals, shape solution strategies, and translate insights into action for customer value and business growth. Lead a regional organization where pace, accountability, and results matter; identify and develop successors, build strong teams, and maintain high employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in enterprise software and cloud industry
• 10 years experience in sales leadership roles for enterprise applications and cloud software
• led operational and functional organizations for 3‑5 years
• direct P&L management experience
• built, led, and retained high‑performing teams
• executive sponsor on targeted sales opportunities
• strong skills in business strategy and knowledge management
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
