As Senior Manager – Culture Strategy at the employer Investment Company, you lead the development of portfolio, asset and project strategies across the Culture portfolio. You support decision‑making and long‑term value creation through strategic analysis, financial modeling, market research and portfolio planning. You guide cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality outcomes while enhancing team capabilities. Responsibilities include: lead strategy development for portfolio, assets and projects; prepare strategy briefs, project plans and recommendations; build financial models, P&L statements, forecasts and scenario analyses; conduct market research, benchmarking, trend and competitive analysis; provide data‑driven strategic insights; support portfolio planning and prioritization; lead strategic projects and cross‑functional initiatives; prepare executive presentations, reports and committee materials; build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• 7+ years experience in real estate and culture projects
