Operations Manager

Job description

The Propulsion System Production Operations Manager position is responsible for the 24-hour operation of the high-voltage battery and propulsion module assembly lines at the AMP‑2 plant. The leader creates the production team from scratch including managers, supervisors and workers, and ensures that production, efficiency (OEE), production quality and cost targets are achieved according to the work plan. Oversees the governance of the launch and ramp-up of production, and implements safety procedures for electrical systems according to SASO and ISO standards. Supports continuous process improvement and adopts the the employer Production System to reduce cycle time and improve performance.
