HSE Officer

Job description

The role of the HSE Officer involves conducting field inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions, preparing basic HSE reports and inspection logs, creating relevant safety documentation, and promoting a positive safety culture through effective communication

Requirements

• Entry-level experience
• NEBOSH certification mandatory
• OSHA certification mandatory
• fundamental understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment, hazard identification, and workplace safety procedures
• familiarity with HIRA, JSA/JHA, Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Talks, and incident reporting
• basic knowledge of PPE requirements, emergency procedures, and fire safety
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• ability to prepare basic HSE reports, inspection logs, and safety documentation
• strong communication and interaction skills to promote a positive safety culture
• willingness to work at the Al-Ula project site
• strong attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to workplace safety
