Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience including recruitment and operations
• experience supporting employees and employment processes in Saudi Arabia
• working knowledge of Saudi labor requirements and relevant government platforms
• experience recruiting technical roles and assessing candidates with hiring managers
• proficient in Arabic and English communication
• excellent organization, attention to detail and follow‑through
• sound judgment handling confidential information and sensitive employee matters
