Plans and directs purchasing of materials, equipment, and services in accordance with competition and government procurement rules. Manages supply chains and negotiates with local and international suppliers to secure best prices. Oversees approved budgets efficiently and monitors purchases to ensure timely completion while enhancing transparency and applying best procurement practices across all development packages

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Project Management
• experience in procurement
• proficiency in English
• proficiency with ERP systems
