Job description

Supports smooth operation of the food & beverage department to deliver the highest level of guest service. Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries. Delivers on food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets. Supervises the food & beverage team, fostering growth and development within the department. Ensures cost and inventory control while achieving productivity goals. Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders. Leads departmental programs that enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control. Ensures compliance with legislation and documents activities for internal and external audit.
