Asst. Chief Steward

Job description

the employer operates in over 95 countries with more than 1,500 hotels. We are seeking an Asst. Chief Steward to join our team at the employer Collection Residences Riyadh. The role assists in supervising daily stewarding operations, ensuring kitchen equipment, utensils and areas are cleaned and sanitized per hotel standards and health regulations. Responsibilities include supervising the stewarding team, assigning duties, monitoring performance, training staff on hygiene and safety, supporting inventory and cost control, coordinating with Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams, preparing reports, following up on equipment maintenance, handling operational issues, and acting on behalf of the Chief Steward during their absence.
