Procurement Manager

Job description

Leads procurement activities for materials, subcontractors and services. Manages vendor sourcing, evaluation and negotiation. Ensures timely procurement aligned with the project schedule. Coordinates with engineering and site teams for technical approvals. Optimizes cost, quality and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline preferred
• 10–15 years procurement experience in construction projects
• contracting/construction industry experience mandatory
• strong experience in technical procurement (fit‑out/MEP preferred)
• strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• experience in GCC construction projects advantage
