Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Guest Experience Agent, or in a similar role within a the employer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards.
• Proficiency in English
• additional languages are an advantage.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately
