The company seeks an Assistant Field Operations Manager to lead daily terrestrial magnetic survey operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring survey teams execute approved plans safely and efficiently, planning and issuing daily and weekly routes while prioritizing, tracking progress, and adjusting based on constraints. The role involves leading multiple teams, providing technical support for survey equipment, and overseeing data quality and completeness. Duties also encompass transferring, correcting, and organizing daily data, as well as training staff in survey techniques and data analysis

Requirements

• Experience managing survey teams
• knowledge of health and safety requirements
• strong leadership, training, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• experience working in desert or similar environments
• proficiency with terrestrial magnetic survey equipment
• proficiency with GEMLink+ or other approved software
• proficiency with navigation and positioning systems
