Job description

This role is an IT Specialist at Jund Al-Zuhrah Company, whose tasks include preparing and maintaining devices and printers, managing internal networks, internet, and Wi-Fi, as well as managing systems and software, providing technical support, implementing cybersecurity procedures, performing backup and recovery operations, managing servers and cloud services, and supporting new technical projects

Requirements

• Experience in IT and technical support
• good knowledge of computer device and printer management
• experience with internal LAN networks, internet, and Wi-Fi
• knowledge of ERP and HRMS systems
• knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• knowledge of Backup & Recovery processes
• strong troubleshooting skills
• good communication skills
• ability to manage multiple tasks
