Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 4 to 6 years of experience in supporting technical applications in the health sector
- Advanced knowledge of hospital systems, including EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS, and PACS
- Experience in handling application failures, systems integration, and providing technical support
- Familiarity with Ministry of Health requirements and CBAHI and JCI accreditation standards
- Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
