Job description
We are looking for a Senior Applications Specialist to join our IT team. The role is based on supporting healthcare information applications. Tasks include application support, troubleshooting, system integration, technical support, and compliance with MOH, CBAHI, and JCI requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 4-6 years of experience in IT application support within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of hospital systems (EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS, PACS)
- Experience in application troubleshooting, system integration, and technical support
- Familiarity with MOH, CBAHI, and JCI requirements
- Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
