Job description

Veterinarian in the employer in the Riyadh region. The veterinarian supervises the health and productivity of the herd on the farm, follows up on the health of the herd, coordinates to detect any disease symptoms, takes the necessary measures, ensures the implementation of biosecurity, prevention, disinfection and sterilization programs within the farm, supervises feeding programs and provides feed according to the approved program, follows up on water, lighting, ventilation, temperature and humidity systems to ensure the appropriate environment, supervises the collection of hatching eggs, sorting, classifying and storing them, prepares them for transport according to quality standards, and follows up on production performance indicators, including egg production, fertility rate, hatching rate, consumption. Feed, bird weights, mortality rate, supervising the implementation of vaccination and treatment programs in coordination with the veterinary administration, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on production, mortality, feed consumption and stock and submitting them to the administration, in addition to determining the types of vaccines, following up on animal vaccination, diagnosing communicable diseases affecting animals, preparing and implementing a treatment plan, performing obstetrics and surgical operations on animals, and preparing and archiving medical documents and reports related to veterinary medicine work. Requirements

• Not less than 3-5 years of experience in supervising broiler breeder farms
• Good knowledge of breeder flock management, biosecurity, hatching egg production, and vaccination programs
