Reservations Supervisor

Responsibilities: represent and champion the the employer brand; proactively promote properties and services and upsell to meet revenue targets; achieve set standards for revenue, quality, customer service and productivity; meet external reservation audit standards (LQA, Forbes, IFH); handle queries and escalations via phone, email and chat within agreed response times.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in customer service or luxury hospitality
• proficient communication and collaboration with Front Office, Finance and F&B teams
• experience interacting with guests, travel agents, tour operators and DMC partners
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hotel Management preferred
• passion for guest experience excellence
