Supplier Relationship Manager

the employer (the employer) is a joint venture of Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs and Saudi Aramco delivering world‑class program management services across Saudi Arabia. The Supplier Relations Manager will oversee strategic supplier relationships after MPA award, ensuring supplier performance, call‑off readiness, issue resolution and sustained value throughout contract execution. Responsibilities include establishing supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers, monitoring supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs, coordinating call‑off administration with procurement, development, projects and suppliers, leading regular performance reviews and improvement actions, resolving commercial, operational and relationship issues, and maintaining supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management or category management
• experience managing post‑award supplier performance and contractual obligations
• proficiency in maintaining complete procurement records
• Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law
• experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer‑led procurement or comparable capital project environments
• strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline.
