Job description

the employer is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for the Russian Unit. The role involves managing procurement activities, developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, and ensuring delivery of goods and services in line with project and organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing procurement strategies for Russian Unit requirements; managing end-to-end procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation; coordinating with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs; ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local regulations; monitoring market conditions and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities; leading and mentoring the procurement team to foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
• at least 10 years of procurement experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the Russian market
• strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management and supplier negotiation
• experience working within or managing procurement processes in Russia or similar regulatory environments
• excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• proficiency in procurement software and tools.
