Job description

As a participant in the EMEA Hotel Leadership Graduate Programme (Elevator), you will accelerate your path to hotel leadership. The 18‑month program includes two 9‑month rotations in different EMEA countries, exposing you to Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial functions. You will deliver two real‑world business projects, access the employer University e‑learning, and receive mentorship from a GM‑level mentor, a peer buddy, and a VP sponsor

Requirements

• Completion of a bachelor's or master's degree by 1 September 2027
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Eligibility to work in the Europe, Middle East & Africa region
• Full mobility across the region and willingness to relocate
• Aspiration to become a future Hotel General Manager
• Availability to start full‑time on 1 September 2027
