Veterinary Technician

Job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced veterinary assistant to support veterinary operations during a temporary event. The successful candidate will assist veterinarians with daily animal care, basic clinical procedures, animal handling, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Responsibilities include assisting veterinarians, handling animals, supporting routine animal care, preparing and maintaining veterinary equipment, monitoring animal conditions, keeping accurate records, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, and supporting the veterinary team in other tasks

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• at least two years of experience as a veterinary assistant or in a related veterinary role
• a relevant degree or diploma in veterinary science, animal health, or a related field
• good knowledge of animal handling and basic veterinary procedures
• ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment
• strong communication and teamwork skills
• ability to commit for the duration of the temporary assignment from November 2026 to January 2027
• ability to work in Riyadh
