Responsibilities include leading talent acquisition, learning and organizational development, preparing annual plans and budgets and ensuring delivery, coordinating workforce planning, overseeing recruitment activities and Saudization monitoring, developing and implementing the annual learning plan, coordinating with the plant and technical teams to identify priority capabilities, drafting and improving HR policies, and coordinating performance and succession processes
