Food and Beverage Director

Job description

Core member of the hotel group leadership team overseeing food and beverage operations across multiple hotels. The role integrates strategic leadership with commercial acumen, operational expertise, and pre-opening experience to deliver competitive offerings aligned with market positioning, target guests, and business objectives. Leads planning, development, opening, and continuous performance of restaurants, bars, event spaces, banquet facilities, in-room dining, and other sales points. Collaborates with owners, consultants, and hotel management teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term asset value. Contributes to creating food and beverage concepts, validating operational hypotheses, managing pre-opening activities, team development, ensuring successful openings, and hotel stabilization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Food and Beverage management
• Experience leading multi-functional teams
• Knowledge of pre-opening operations and hotel project management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic plans
• Experience in developing food and beverage concepts and measuring performance
