Operations Manager

Job description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. You will lead training, resolve operational issues, and ensure readiness for high-volume periods, maintaining seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction across all sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred) · 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments · Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts · Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Arabic & English essential) · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities · Knowledgeable about Food Safety requirements · Background in financials and P&L metrics
