Job description

The role leads people strategy across multiple hotels in the portfolio. Reports to the Cluster General Manager and acts as a strategic partner to hotel leadership and ownership. Responsibilities include developing workforce strategies, establishing organizational structures, building leadership teams, implementing HR systems and policies, and ensuring attraction, development, and retention of talent while complying with local regulations. Key duties cover strategic HR leadership, pre-opening HR management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, Saudi national development and compliance, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, financial management, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Proven Human Resources leadership experience in hospitality
• experience in pre-opening and workforce planning
• knowledge of preparing manpower budgets and pre-opening budgets
• expertise in Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements
• experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
• ability to establish organizational structures and staffing models for hotels
• strong stakeholder management with ownership, operating teams, and government agencies
• collaborative leadership style with passion for talent development
• strong commercial awareness aligning people strategies with business goals
• excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
• professional HR certifications advantageous
• minimum 10 years progressive HR experience in hospitality or services
• minimum 5 years in senior HR leadership role
• multi-property or portfolio HR experience preferred
• proven pre-opening hotel experience strongly preferred
• experience managing large-scale recruitment and workforce mobilization programs
• strong understanding of Saudi labor legislation and hospitality workforce requirements.
