Requirements

• Diploma or higher with intermediate English language experience
• Recipient of work permits
• 5 p.m. Leave: Variable according to work requirements
• Follow up on paid advertising campaigns and measure performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze platform data and monitor competitors and market trends
• Coordinating with relevant departments and following up on requirements for designs and campaigns
• Managing delivery applications by improving the appearance of the store and products within the application, monitoring competitors’ offers, and proposing marketing ideas
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in English
• At least one year of experience in a related field
• Customer care specialist
• Al-Khoba holds a diploma in business administration, public administration, or accounting
• Experience in customer service and customer relationship management
• Experience in communication, follow-up, coordination, recruitment and contracting procedures
• Skills in handling complaints, solving problems and preparing reports
• Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management systems
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
