Requirements

• Saudi National required
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, psychology or sociology
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus
• At least 15 years of experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate learning and development required
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and advising on leadership, engagement or cultural transformation initiatives required
• Full fluency in Arabic and English required
• Ability to travel at least 80% of the time required

• Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred
