HSE Analyst

Job description

Join the Health, Safety, and Environment team in the Eastern Province. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing HSE performance indicators, reporting incidents and near misses, conducting workplace inspections and compliance audits, supporting safety awareness programs, and performing investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in occupational health, safety, environmental compliance or HSE analysis
• relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or OSHA
• strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies and compliance requirements
• experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA
• ability to monitor, analyze and report HSE performance indicators including incident rates, near misses and safety observations
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and HSE reporting
• knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems preferred
• experience conducting workplace inspections, compliance audits and safety awareness programs
• strong analytical, communication, reporting and problem‑solving skills
