Job Opportunity Head of Safety Department, Jubail One of the companies announces the availability of a leadership job opportunity with the title of Head of Safety Section (Safety Lead - Head Section) to work in the city of Jubail, in order to attract national competencies specialized in occupational safety and health, who are capable of leading safety teams, promoting a culture of prevention, and ensuring the application of safety standards and procedures in the work environment. ◾ Job title: Head of Safety Department Safety Lead - Head Section Work location: Jubail Requirements: ◾ Practical experience in the field of occupational safety and health (HSE). ◾ The ability to lead the safety team, supervise its performance, and distribute its responsibilities. ◾ Good knowledge of occupational safety and health systems, procedures and standards. ◾ Familiarity with assessing occupational risks and identifying potential risks and ways to prevent them. ◾ The ability to follow up on the implementation of safety procedures and ensure adherence to them at work sites. ◾ Skills in preparing safety reports and following up on observations and corrective actions. ◾ Knowledge of procedures for investigating occupational accidents and analyzing their causes. ◾ Ability to coordinate with operational departments to promote a safe work environment. ◾ Possessing leadership and organizational skills and the ability to make decisions and solve problems. ◾ Effective communication skills and the ability to guide teams and promote occupational safety awareness
