Job description

An Occupational Safety Officer is responsible for implementing occupational health and safety standards and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi establishments to ensure a hazard- work environment. This professional conducts periodic inspections to assess risks, investigates workplace accidents, and trains employees on preventive measures to minimize injuries and avoid regulatory penalties

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or engineering
• Skill: Good knowledge of Ministry of Human Resources systems and regulations
• Skill: Passing accredited courses in firefighting and first aid
• Skill: Risk assessment and work environment analysis
• Skill: Applying Saudi occupational safety and health legislation
• Skill: investigating accidents and preparing technical reports
