We empower organizations with expertise across data management, AI, software development, and digital strategy, contributing to the digital economy in line with Saudi Vision 2030. the employer Works is looking for a Project Manager, Senior to facilitate Agile delivery, lead Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement across development teams. The role focuses on sprint planning, performance monitoring, Agile coaching, and implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices to enhance team collaboration and delivery effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Initiate and own Scrum events for participating squads. • Lead the efforts of developing Scaled Agile management best practices. • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies. • Plan upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team reach a consensus on what can be achieved during the sprint. • Monitor and report on sprints in progress. • Communicate closely with Delivery Managers for alignment and planning updates. • Collect and analyze related metrics for trends and indicators, facilitate iteration and increment planning, and provide Agile coaching and mentoring at all levels within the organization. • Work with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile processes. • Establish SAFe Agile principles and interface with other departments to ensure clear communication regarding ongoing and upcoming development activities. • Leadership and management experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum the employer certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum the employer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate team collaboration, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
