Requirements

• Diploma or
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to manage multiple job applications and work under pressure
• Proficient in English.. Coordinates the recruitment process from advertising to selection and submitting job offers, while maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Collaborates with department managers to define job requirements and ensure skills fit
• It contributes to building a strong employer brand in the Saudi labor market

• Publish job vacancies and choose appropriate channels of attraction for candidates
• Sorting resumes and conducting preliminary interviews to assess competencies
• Coordinate with department managers to determine functional needs
• Managing job offers and following up on recruitment completion procedures
