Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning and development
• Very good communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and their applications in the workplace
• Saudi nationality (male or female)
• Profession overview: Coordinates training programs, applies development practices, and prepares educational activities
• Its most prominent tasks include: coordinating training programs and educational activities, implementing training and development practices, and preparing and documenting learning activities

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
