Service Leader

Job description

Responsible for hiring and developing the operational team in coordination with PDC and HR. Establishes development plans for the team and ensures implementation. Conducts performance and competency assessments and takes disciplinary actions up to termination with HR collaboration. Reviews the cement job plan with the Technical Professional and cement crew before mobilization and addresses equipment or operational concerns. Supervises employees delivering cementing services and products, ensuring compliance with the employer HSE procedures, HMS procedures, and the approved cement job plan. Initiates Management of Change procedure when required. Holds pre‑ and post‑job safety meetings. Reviews job performance with the crew to identify improvement opportunities. Leverages extensive cementing knowledge to resolve equipment and execution issues. Engages employees in all regional initiatives. Continuously evaluates service quality with support functions, reviewing performance metrics such as equipment maintenance compliance and readiness to improve HSE performance, equipment and personnel utilization, reduce costs, increase service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develops strong customer relationships on‑site, provides operational expertise and solutions, follows up on job performance to ensure satisfaction, and resolves disputes to approved levels
