Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Riyadh, responsible for shaping culture, talent and leadership for the flagship luxury destination. Reports directly to the General Manager and functionally to the Regional Senior Director of HR. Serves as a member of another company and leads the people strategy aligned with property and brand goals. Oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession management, associate engagement, performance development, compensation strategy and organisational effectiveness. Balances business priorities with a people‑first approach to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent while fostering an inclusive workplace culture

Requirements

• Collaborative and influential leadership style engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading Human Resources in a luxury hotel, resort or complex hospitality environment
• Proficient in talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, compensation and organisational development
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business priorities into people strategies delivering measurable results
• Commitment to associate development, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion
• Experience leading change, developing future leaders and building sustainable talent pipelines
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with relevant professional experience in HR or hospitality operations
