F&B Service Expert

Job description

The F&B Service Expert creates a memorable guest experience by setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas and supplies. Ensures a safe workplace, follows company policies and procedures, upholds quality standards, and maintains a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. The role involves standing, sitting or walking for extended periods on sloped, uneven or slippery surfaces, reading and verifying menu information, and performing hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting and carrying objects up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting and stooping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• less than 1 year related work experience
• no supervisory experience
• no license or certification required
