Job description

Supervising the performance of branches and ensuring the achievement of sales and operational goals. Follow up on daily reports of sales, credit, cash, and cars. Monitor employee adherence to company policies and work procedures and address operational observations and issues within branches. Training and directing branch employees and raising the level of service provided to customers. Submitting periodic reports to senior management

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in supervision or branch management in the car rental sector
• High skills in communication and supervision of teams
• Proficiency in using computers and office programs
• Ability to move between branches
