Responsibilities include managing recruitment from needs assessment to candidate selection; developing and implementing training and development programs; monitoring and evaluating employee performance and providing guidance; ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures; maintaining employee files and updating records; participating in talent acquisition strategy development; advising management on HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• at least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in tourism and hospitality
• strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• proficiency in Arabic and English
