We are seeking a talented HR Specialist to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR-related operations, including recruitment, training, employee development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Tasks include managing the recruitment process, developing training programs, monitoring employee performance, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing employee files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field
• at least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
• strong communication skills
• good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• proficiency in Arabic and English
• proficient in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Policy Implementation, Employee Records Management, Recruitment Strategy development, HR advisory.
