Procurement Specialist

We are the employer, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for a Procurement Specialist position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced procurement professional with strong experience in the Saudi Arabia market and previous experience working with systems integrators. The ideal candidate must have experience in ICT, low current systems, air traffic management and navigation, or wireless communications and possess strong supplier management and business negotiation capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. • Identify, evaluate and coordinate with suppliers who support System Integrator projects. • Negotiating prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and other purchasing terms with vendors. • Prepare, issue and track purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery of required materials and services. • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes based on commercial and project requirements. • Coordinate inventory requirements and material availability with relevant internal teams. • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, supplier records, price comparisons, and purchasing information. • Follow up closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to quickly support procurement requirements in an Aced project environment. Required Skills • Purchasing Management: Practical experience in managing purchasing and supply operations. • Supplier management: The ability to identify, evaluate, coordinate and follow up with suppliers. • Business negotiation: strong ability to To negotiate quotations, pricing, terms, and delivery conditions. • Purchase order management: Hands-on experience preparing, processing and tracking purchase orders. • System Integrator Exposure: Previous purchasing experience with system integrators is required. Preferred Skills • Exposure to procurement within ICT or low current systems. • Experience supporting air traffic management, navigation, or radio communications projects. • Strong inventory coordination and quote comparison capabilities. Work Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required. Candidates must have previous experience working with systems integrators and experience in at least one of the specified sectors: ICT, Low Current Systems, Air Traffic Management and Navigation, or Wireless Communications.
