Warehouse Operation Supervisor

Job description

Abdul Latif Jameel is a diversified business group with deep roots in the MENAT region. Supervise warehouse operations (receiving, binning, storage, picking and dispatch) to improve productivity and ensure the right parts are handled at the right time with the right quality while fully utilizing warehouse resources according to company policies. Manage implementation of the Toyota Production System in the main warehouse. Coordinate with Quality, Production, Planning, Inventory and PD departments for part submission and documentation. Conduct daily 5S/PPO audits, update stock reports daily and monthly. Prepare staff leave plans to avoid operational conflicts. Develop succession plans and training programs for team members. Monitor sections, set new targets and control operation costs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or high school
• 3 years experience
• at least 2 years warehouse operations experience
