Warehouse Specialist

Job description

Handles warehouse operations including conversion, receiving, binning, picking and dispatching to improve productivity and fully utilize resources per company policies. Applies the Toyota Production System to ensure parts are handled at targeted levels and boost productivity. Executes strategic and annual action plans to create a safe environment for people and parts, reducing near‑miss incidents and operational costs. Supports other departments to meet warehouse timelines, monitor stock and conduct stock‑taking as approved. Assists in securing stock during transit and regularly inspects warehouse performance and quality according to company procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year warehouse experience
• proficient in time management and personnel resource management
• knowledge of monitoring and implementation
• experienced in active learning and stress tolerance
• problem‑sensitivity and deductive reasoning
• good knowledge of different business functions
• strong leadership qualities
• fluent in English and Arabic
• computer certification
• knowledge of Toyota Production System
• understanding of warehouse safety principles
