THE TEAM As part of another company leadership team at Rosewood Red Sea, you will lead the the employer Services function and oversee Concierge, the employer Relations, Bell/Valet, and Transportation operations. Working closely with operational leaders across the resort, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless, personalized, and intuitive experiences that reflect Rosewood's ultra-luxury standards and A Sense of Place® philosophy. YOUR ROLE As the employer, you will be responsible for shaping every stage of the the employer journey, from arrival through departure. As a member of the pre-opening leadership team, you will establish service standards, develop a high-performing team, and create memorable experiences that exceed the employer expectations. Through strong collaboration, operational excellence, and a passion for luxury hospitality, you will ensure the employer services are delivered with warmth, authenticity, and attention to detail. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Lead and manage all the employer Services operations, including Concierge, the employer Relations, Bell/Valet, and Transportation. Oversee the employer arrival and departure experiences, ensuring personalized service and flawless execution at every touchpoint. Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing the employer Services team capable of delivering intuitive and anticipatory service. Implement and maintain service standards, operational procedures, and the employer recognition programs aligned with Rosewood expectations. Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless the employer experiences. Manage VIP arrivals, special requests, the employer concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care. COULD THIS BE YOU? You have significant experience within Rooms Division, Front Office, or the employer Services operations in a luxury hospitality environment. You bring proven leadership experience and a passion for developing and motivating diverse teams. You have strong expertise in the employer services, concierge operations, and VIP the employer engagement. You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and can build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike. You are a confident problem solver who can manage challenging situations with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgement. You have a strong understanding of luxury hospitality trends, the employer expectations, and service excellence standards.
