As a Housekeeping Supervisor/Accommodation Supervisor, you not only ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel, you spread the light and warmth of hospitality by providing memorable experiences that make every guest's stay. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Supervise the Housekeeping Team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms. Conduct room and area inspections: Conduct routine checks of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service and storage areas and hallways to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Coordinate Maintenance Needs: Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns and follow up immediately. Supervising Special Projects: Scheduling and supervising periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives. Equipment: Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment. Delighting our guests: Ensuring excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests.
