Job description
• Lead procurement activities for materials, subcontractors, and services • Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation • Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedule • Coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical approvals • Optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
- 10–15 years procurement experience in construction projects
- Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in technical procurement (fit-out / MEP preferred)
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience in GCC construction projects is an advantage
